- Do you provide Jewellery on Rental?
No, we don’t provide our jewellery on rental basis.
- What are your online modes of payment?
You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.
- What is Jewelscollection?
jewelscollection.in is an ecommerce platform that offers a wide range of artificial jewelry for women.
- DO YOU HAVE AN ACTUAL STORE I CAN COME VISIT?
Nope, We are an online store only and sell only through our website jewelscollection.in. We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.
- Is there any Guarantee/Warranty for the products?
As this is fashion jewellery, there’s no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.
- What are the jewellery made of?
All the imitation jewels in our website are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matte/imitation golden colour. None of them are real silver or real gold.
- Do you provide Express Shipping?
Yes, at placing order you can select express shipping option. Express Shipping Charges is ₹250/- and its will deliver within 3-4 Working days.
- How will I know the status of my shipment?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding the order shipment update which contains the shipment number with a hyper link for online tracking of the same. If you do not receive the shipment within expected timelines , please get in touch with us.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). In case, if you require your order to be shipped early, send us details by e-mail with your Order ID & we will try to accommodate your requests.
- How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment has been made successfully, you will receive an confirmation mail with the order ID to your registered e-mail address.
- Is COD (Cash On Delivery) Available?
No, We don’t have cod (cash on delivery) service.

- Why COD Is Not Available?
We understand now a day cash on delivery (COD) is important for online selling but because of cod we are facing many issue. As if customer order product and at delivery time they are refusing to taking. As this order we had to bear sending & return shipping expenses + cod charges & many time at return time courier provider not taking care of return parcel so we are receiving damage parcel. As this we are getting losses. As that reason we have to sell product in high price. we want commitment to maintaining a fair pricing strategy and prioritizing customer satisfaction. we are ensuring that our loyal customers continue to benefit from our offerings without shouldering the burden of additional costs.
